Ranking System

We urgently need to develop a new ranking system!

But Clement if Home Secretary rank is given away......A Home Secretary is the most important rank after Leader's.......all the applications etc...comes to him.....he is to carefully accept and reject ppl

and all internal affairs are to him....
So to give away that rank somebody will half to prove himself tht he or she is really capable of holding the rank!

Why don't we do some trials... People take turns being Home Sec for a week and at the end you choose whom you think is the most suitable person...

I can't take that risk....since we are a fast groing alliance people keep joing day by day,......so it can affect that!
But we can have some other competition instead!
Anyways did you guys like my idea of ranking?

I think it is very good. Now we need to put it on practice.

Boss said that players below 50k will be on Development Wing automatically. Then experience and player's skills (and also general points) will determine Military Wings.

I meant prove themselves for the home sec rank...

I still say Development Wing needs the Home Sec as leader. True, it is an important position, but we need a flatter leadership structure. Find someone who's been Home Sec before and let them try it on for size. Yeah, we're growing, but how's passing Home Sec off to someone else going to inhibit continued growth? If the same person is both Leader and Home Sec, we risk turning into an autocracy.

I guess so.... Anyway.... In my previous alliance... we had a general ote on who should becom Home sec and General...

We could do the same thing here exept for the two military Leaders and the Home Sec...

I never turn myself a dictator or of tht sort......

Look what I totally wanna say is all these leaders which I mentioned before will form an administrative council

From then onwards every decision will take place by voting within the council.....even the members will do so......but the council members vote will count double per council member!

Rankings are being sorted as we speak. Things are cropping up so its taking a little longer than first expected. That's all.
